Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your sunglasses in their original protective case and box, attach the label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 5-7 business days.
